General Refund Terms

Refunds requested after the holding period will not be processed. Users will still have access to the purchased content until their subscription expires, even if they cancel. - Refund Review Policy:

Cancellation Without Refund
- Policy on Subscription Cancellation:
Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time. If canceled, the subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, and no refund will be provided. - Cancellation Without Refund Request:
Cancellation without requesting a refund means users can continue to use the content until their subscription period ends. After that, the subscription will not renew.
Requesting a Refund (Within Holding Period)
- Refund Request Timeline:
Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the purchase date. - Steps to Initiate Refund:
To initiate a refund, users must:- Go to their “subscriptions” page
- Select the portfolio or content they wish to refund.
- Submit a report with a detailed reason for the refund request.
- Review Process:
MoneyFlock's support team will review the request. Approval or rejection of the refund will be based on the validity of the reason provided.
Conditions for Refund Approval
- Refunds May Be Approved If:
- There is a technical issue with the content or service that prevents its use.
- The content was not as described or did not match what was advertised.
- There is a clear and legitimate reason for the refund request.
- Refunds Will Not Be Approved If:
- The refund request is made after the 15-day holding period.
- The user has simply changed their mind.
- The user did not fully understand the features and terms before making the purchase.
Refund Process
- Review Timeline:
Once a refund request is submitted, MoneyFlock's team will review the report within 5 business days. - Approved Refunds:
If the request is approved, credits will be deducted from the content creator’s account and returned to the user's account. - Denied Refunds:
If the request is denied, the user will be notified with the reason for the denial, and they can still access the content until the subscription period ends.
Refunds After Content Creator Withdrawal
- Post-Holding Period Refunds:
If a refund request is made after the 15-day holding period, the content creator may have already withdrawn their earnings, and refunds cannot be processed. - MoneyFlock's Liability:
MoneyFlock does not hold responsibility for refunds outside the holding period, and users are encouraged to make refund requests promptly if they have issues.
Content Creator Responsibilities
- Holding Period for Earnings:
Content creators will have their earnings held for the 15-day holding period to cover any potential refund requests. - Earnings Deduction:
If a refund is processed, the amount will be deducted from thecreator's earnings before withdrawal. Any discrepancies or disputes should be resolved between the creator and MoneyFlock'ssupport team.
Refund Eligibility for Bonus Credits
- Bonus Credits Exclusion:
Purchases made entirely with bonus credits are not eligible for refunds. - Mixed Credit Refund Eligibility:
If a purchase is made with a combination of credits and bonus credits, only the portion made with actual credits may be considered for a refund, if eligible.
Cancellation & Refund Notifications
- Notification of Cancellation and Refund Status:
Users will receive notifications about their cancellation and refund status. - Approval or Denial Notification:
Users will be informed of whether their refund request has been approved or denied. - Processing Time Information:
Expected processing time will be provided if the refund is approved. - Additional Action Instructions:

How to Cancel a Subscription or Request a Refund
- Canceling Subscription Without Refund:
