Getting Started

  1. How do I sign up for MoneyFlock?
    To sign up, click the "Sign Up" button on the homepage, provide your email address, and create a password.
  2. How can I connect my broker and track my portfolio?
    Go to the "Connect Broker" page, select your broker from the list, and follow the integration instructions. Once connected, your portfolio will be automatically tracked.
  3. What content can I access on MoneyFlock?
    MoneyFlock offers a wide range of content, including articles, quizzes, videos, and in-depth courses. Some content is free, while others may require a subscription or purchase.
  4. Can I use MoneyFlock for free?
    Yes, you can use MoneyFlock for free, including accessing free content and participating in community discussions. Premium features and exclusive content may require credits or a subscription.

Account & Settings

  1. How do I update my profile?
    To update your profile, go to the "Profile" page and then “Edit Profile” by clicking on your profile image, where you can change your profile picture, bio, and other personal information.
  2. How do I see my notifications and preferences?
    Navigate to the "Settings" and then "Notification" to see your notification preferences.
  3. How do I change my password?
    No option is available to change the password yet.
  4. What should I do if I forgot my password?
    No option is available to change the password yet.
  5. Can I delete my account?
    Yes, you can request account deletion from the settings.

Content Creation & Monetization

  1. How do I create and monetize content on MoneyFlock?
    To create content, click on the "Create" button on the left sidebar. Choose whether you want to create an article, quiz, video, or course. After publishing, you can choose to offer it for free or set a price for monetization.
  2. What are the guidelines for uploading articles, quizzes, and videos?
    Content should be educational, insightful, and accurate. Avoid inappropriate language or misleading information. Review our Content Guidelines for more details.
  3. How do I subscribe to a portfolio or content?
    You can subscribe to a portfolio or content by visiting the"Portfolio" or "Content" pages and clicking the "Subscribe"button. If the content is paid, you’ll need to complete the payment using our credit system before access.
  4. How can I earn from my content?
    You can monetize your content by setting a price for users to purchase or subscribe. MoneyFlock charges a commission, and the rest of the earnings go to your earning page balance as a credit earned.
  5. What is the commission structure for monetized content?
    MoneyFlock takes a 20% commission on all monetized content. The remaining 80% will be credited to your account.
  6. How do I manage my published content?
    Navigate to the "Create" page, then click on "Manage Content."From here, you can edit, delete, or update the settings of your published content.

Referral Program

  1. How can I earn rewards through referrals?
    You can earn bonus credits by referring new users to MoneyFlock. Once they sign up using your referral link and engage with the platform, you’ll receive referral credits in your wallet.
  2. How do I share my referral link?
    Your unique referral link can be found in the "Referrals" section under "Earnings page." Share this link with your friends to earn referral bonuses.
  3. What are the benefits of referring friends to MoneyFlock?
    Both you and your referred friend will receive bonus credits, which can be used to access paid content or portfolio subscriptions.
  4. How can I track my referral earnings?
    Go to the "Earnings" page to track all your referral earnings and the status of your referrals.

Portfolio Management

  1. How do I connect my broker to track my portfolio?
    Go to the "Connect Broker" page, choose your broker, and follow the integration instructions. Your portfolio and orders will be automatically synced.
  2. What brokers are supported?
    Currently, we support popular brokers like Alpaca, Binance, and more. Check the "Connect Broker" page for the complete list.
  3. How do I analyze my portfolio?
    Once connected, navigate to the "Portfolio" page in your profile, where you’ll see various charts, performance metrics, and insights into your portfolio’s performance.
  4. Can I follow other users’ portfolios?
    Yes, you can subscribe to other users’ portfolios to see their holdings, strategies, and performance metrics.
  5. Can I add a broker not available on MoneyFlock?
    Yes, you can request us through mail if your broker is not available in the list, and we will add your broker.

Credits & Bonuses

  1. What are credits on MoneyFlock?
    Credits are the platform’s currency, which you can use to purchase or subscribe to premium content and portfolios.
  2. How do I earn credits?
    You can earn credits through referral bonuses, daily login bonuses, or by purchasing them directly from the platform (Available soon).
  3. How do I use credits?
    Credits can be used to buy content or portfolio subscriptions. Simply choose the content you want and select "Pay with Credits."
  4. Can I withdraw credits as cash?
    No, credits cannot be withdrawn as cash.

    Yes, MoneyFlock is available to users worldwide. However, certain features like broker connections and payment options may vary based on location.
  2. Can I use MoneyFlock on mobile devices?
    Yes, MoneyFlock is fully responsive and works seamlessly on all mobile devices. A dedicated app will be available soon.
  3. Is my data safe on MoneyFlock?
